Position: Desktop Engineer
Experience: 2 Years to 3 Years
Job Location: 2 for Andheri (East) & 1 for Goregaon (Mumbai)
Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 In Hand depends upon experience and knowledge
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner
Responsibilities:
• Hardware Installation & Troubleshooting
• Software installation and troubleshooting
• MS office & mail configuration and troubleshooting
• Printer Installation and troubleshooting
• System formatting and domain joining process
• Encryption & Decryption process
• Basic Network troubleshooting
• Diploma in Hardware & Networking is preferred
• 2 Years to 3 years of IT industry experience in handling end user support (PC/Laptop/Mobile Devices etc.)
• Microsoft Outlook configuration and Trouble shooting
• Office 365 troubleshooting
• Active Directory experience
• Troubleshooting the connectivity issues
• Application, Browser, troubleshooting
• Excellent Communication Skills
